Ameba Detachable Brush Head is a standalone unit that does not require a holding handle. It features a soft outer cover that acts as a protective bumper during brushing. The internal cavity is designed with side wall guides and a protrusion to securely attach to the handle tip.
The flexible outer covering is made of a specialized elastomer that serves two purposes: it aids in the locking mechanism and acts as an indicator of the brush head’s cleanliness.
To maintain proper hygiene, rinse the brush head thoroughly under running water after each use to remove any food particles. Failure to clean the brush head properly may result in the formation of mold.
Replace the brush head when it starts to darken or when the bristles begin to splay outward.
All Ameba Detachable Brush Heads are tufted with anchored bristles. They are aligned with outer thinner and inner thicker layers of filaments. The outer thinner layer makes it more accessible to deeper interdental areas and hard-to-reach areas of the oral cavity.
They are tufted with various filament thicknesses to accommodate the users’ needs.
Currently, we offer T5, T6, T7, and T8 filaments. T represents the filament’s thickness, and the number indicates the thickness measurement in mils.
The Patented Locking Mechanism
The sonic toothbrush incorporates a patented locking mechanism situated at the handle’s tip. This locking tip features a through hole or a single-sided hole. In addition to securing a distinct detachable brush head, it serves as a versatile attachment point for accessories such as flossers, interdental brushes, stain removers, and various breakaway categories.
To attach the Ameba brush head:
1. Position the handle tip parallel to the brush head.
2. Insert the handle tip into the elastic cavity.
To remove the brush head:
1. Rotate the brush head, including sideways.
2. Pull the brush head out.
